职位详情

1、能协助总经理和总监进行项目洽谈、商务谈判、客户维护等工作；

2、能配合总经理及总监做好项目管理，团队安排，保证时间节点;

3、能负责公司作品对外发布推广等对接活动，跟进项目进展，录入系统，更新数据等;

4、配合进行项目商务合同审核、cad面积测量，设计服务建议 书，各类函件(设计委托书、履约承诺函、说明函等)拟写;

5、跟进回款管理及应收账款催收; 

6、能协助完成各类合约工作，如标书制作、入库资料、结算资料等。

7、具备相关工作经验者优先！

Job Details

1. Assist the general manager and director in project negotiation, business negotiation, customer maintenance, etc.;

2. Can cooperate with the general manager and director to do a good job in project management, team arrangement, and ensure time nodes;

3. Be responsible for docking activities such as the release and promotion of the company's works, follow up the progress of the project, enter the system, update data, etc.;

4. Cooperate with the project business contract review, cad area measurement, design service proposal, and drafting of various letters (design power of attorney, performance commitment letter, explanatory letter, etc.);

5. Follow up payment collection management and accounts receivable collection;

6. Can assist in the completion of various contract work, such as tender document production, storage data, settlement data, etc.

7. Those with relevant work experience are preferred!
